I'm starting to ramp up to a solid exercise routine, doing a short set of situps, pushups, leg-lifts, and other easy home workout things.

Foodwise, I'm going to try to stick with somethign called The Spartan Diet, which focuses on eating healthy non-processed foods. It was reccomended by a friend, and I found a picture someone posted online. (I was considering posting the pic here, but not sure if that's allowed or not)

Does everyone here know that things like artifical shugar have now been scientifically PROVEN to help cause weight gain? A lot of the crap we are told reminds me of back in the early 19th century, when DOCTORS used to RECCOMEND smoking to patients! WTF, right?

So I'm just going to try to follow this, and tell myself to KISS.
