I never thought I'd weigh this much. Sick and tired of watching the pounds come on. Ready for a change rather than just lamenting on the wieght gain. Hoepfully this will bring a level of accountability. I got life to live afterall.

If you avoid it, you will find it better to get control and the cravings will go away! Otherwise, if you do some form of activity every day (even if it's a walk) and just track your eating on MyFitnessPal, you'll be good! Good Luck!
