Fast food and gas station snacking....they had become such a habit! My car would pull in the gas station automatically, dang it. Its a good financial decision to cut those out too. Good luck on your journey with your new, more stubborn metabolism!

ONe day at a time Jason! Keep away from sugar. That's the one thing that your blood will crave. If you avoid it, you will find it better to get control and the cravings will go away! Otherwise, if you do some form of activity every day (even if it's a walk) and just track your eating on MyFitnessPal, you'll be good! Good Luck!
