This is considerably harder than I anticipated. I cut out all fast food and gas station snacking and began walking/running on the treadmill most days. I legitimately thought the pounds would just melt off. Not so. Apparently I've enetered an interesting part of my life that I call "having to try". I am enjoying and am a little proud of cutting out the gas station snacks and fast food. I am hoping that will be a lifestyle change that sticks but, again... will "have to try". I didn't think I'd be concerned about not hitting the goal, but here I am. We'll see what happens next! Life you crazy b$#@#.
