Good luck to us all Steph. First & foremost I am have tried so hard for such a long time to lose weight but I am like you and I get bored easily. My father died at 51 years old with heart problems. I have been told by my doctor just 10 pounds will help my overall cholesterol numbers and my health. I saw the diet bet and thought I could lose 4% of my weight in 28 days. It is a small time period and a small number of pounds so I decided I am worth this. I hope we all succeed with our goal to lose weight. Last night I at dinner at 6:30pm and by bed time I was hungry and for the first time in a long time.....I did not give in to hunger. I waited until this morning to eat and this morning I woke up and was just a few ounces lighter than yesterday. I am starting to think...........yes, I can do this. :)
