Spent time today to succeed this week.  

Breakfast jars (quinoa vanilla-almond-overnight-quinoa) made and salad mix in bowls are ready!  (I use small mason jars/bowls then layer quinoa, corn, black beans and grape tomatoes.  Etc., there are lots of mason jar salad ideas on Pinterest (http://www.theyummylife.com/Quinoa_Salad_In_A_Jar) or other idea sites. I bring a quart size baggie of greens-spinach or kale and dump the mix in bowl of goodies in for a fresh salad at lunch time) I'll top off the corn, black bean mix with some salsa as my salad dressing.

I'm so ready to kill it this week.  Bring on Monday, I'm fortified with dinner ideas too; meatless stew, vegan chili, burrito bowls, yum, I'm getting hungry thinking about what the week holds.
