So was I at this time last year. Then I got pissed off enough to do something about it, and 100 pounds later, I know I can one day make a blog post called "I'm so healthy." Like Barbara and Kay say below, be positive and make a plan for yourself. You can do this. You just have to get on your side and fight for it. It's SO WORTH IT! We believe in you!
But you are in this dietbet, so you are taking steps to do something about it. It is hard work but you are worth it! Hang in there!

What Kay says! What's your plan? Day one: drink water, and right down what you eat...be honest. Day Two: Do it again.....Repeat and see where you can make adjustments! See, you can do this!
