
Day 2 to 5 was basically not great. Ended up gaining 2lbs :/ not exercising and eating decently.
I invested the money in me, so I have to get back to it. Its Day 6 and there is still a good chunck of time left for me to reach my goal weight to win my money back! :D
Went to the gym today: was on the cross trainer for about 10 minutes, on the bicycle for 10 minutes then finished off with the treadmill for aboout 20 minutes. To my surprise for the very first time my heartrate reached 177 which is super high for someone of my age (22). Burnt a good 520 cals.
Now gotta keep it up!
