After gaining weight in 6 days of this didet bet instead of losing it, had to get my act together. I need to get my money back for this diet bet :$ Decided not to let the set back steer me off track.

I had eggs and turkey sosage for breakfast. Then did some cardio before having lunch. My cardio included the cross trianer, bicycle, and treadmill. I used the Motiv8 Burn, but it always tends to make me feel sick after my workout rather than energized. 

I managed to burn 774 cals so thats exciting. Hoping to keep this going and work out at least 5 days this week :D. I also stopped at the grocery store to get a few fruits (bananas, strawberries, raspberries and grape fruit) and meat (shrimp, turkey sosage and chicken) to on track.
