Day 10 was a struggle. It took me about 2 hours to burn about 600 calories. But I worked out regardless, legs and cardio!!

Yesterday (Day 11) was not too eventful. It was a rest day and best believe I was still sore from Day 9's leg day exercises.

Today (Day 12) on the other hand went well. I had a cardio day and managed to get my heart rate to 174! Started off with 20 mins on the cross trainer, then 12 mins on the bicycle, then finished with 20 mins on the treadmill. Did a total of 5.33 miles and burnt 577 calories in about an hour.

I can manage working out. Food is what sabotages my weight loss journey. Hope im able to overcome it during this diet bet and in the long run.
