Hi, Cheryl! Happy to hear from you- I have the same story- you would think I would learn the lesson and it would stick! My weight is so far up from only a few months ago; it seems unfair that one can gain faster than they can lose! I need to swallow my pride and get back with it. I am on the beta group maintainer, but lately I have been trying to GAIN it seems???!!! Only a dietbetter understands this, right! We WILL do this!!!!!
