I have just done some maths and worked out it will take me 10 months to hit my goal weight with dietbet. That is from my current weight, doing one 4% weight lose chalenge a month. This would be losing it at a healthy and yet quick rate. I should be able to see results every month which should motivate me. Also if I could make anough money to pay the next months bet/ or even the 6 month bet. I know the more you lose the harder it is to lose the same amount of weight but hopefuly I will be strong anough to keep pushing.

There are also non scale victories which I will also want to celebrate. This will hopefuly make me enjoy the weight loss process (I have heard this is possible).

  • Getting to a healthy BMI
  • Losing inches (Perticualy getting my waist under 31 inches)
  • Legs not rubbing together
  • Being fitter (I will set fitness goles seperatly)

All of these changes are positive. This is going to be a year of putting me first. I will finish this but I just have to remember it is not a race. I did not put on all of this weight in a day, a week, a month or even a year. I am taking back my life.
