I want to lose weight to feel more healthy but It isn't all about weight. One of the things that will show this is body measuremtents. Body measurements will change if I lose weight yes... but they will also take into consideration exersise. Muscle weighs more then fat.

Considering I want to become healther one of the major things I want to achive is getting much fitter and stronger. I have always liked exersising. Ok fine I dont always like it but I certainly have the potental to like it perticaly if I was fitter. 

BMI is also importent to me, as is getting my waist cercumfrence under 30" which should dramaticaly help my health. I dont want diabeties, I dont want cancer and quite frankly I dont want heart desese or any of the other things assosieted with a high weight.

I would love this app to have a section for measurements but until then I will post my measurements here, and watch them change every dietbet I do.

Right now my gole weight is 126 (9 stone) which would put me in at a healthy BMI. I want my waist to be under 28.... way way under 28. A healthy body fat index would be around 26 for my age and hight. So that is a good gole as well. I am aiming for a size 10-12 that way I could buy clothes anywere I went, be able to borrow my freinds clothes as well. I have a long way to go but i am so pleased I have found the suport of dietbet to help me thought this. 2016 is the year.
