I did it garage is clean and I'm going to jump on the elliptical!
I knew I was getting older and cleaning the garage; putting away the Christmas decor away was a lot of work, but man I was wiped out after all the sorting, moving tubs, climbing the ladder, etc.
I'm counting that as my exercise for yesterday for sure!
OK, keeping it short, minimize computer time maximize movement time.
