I started the Routine I talked about in my first blog 7 weeks ago.  So far, I've lost the following:

.5" Neck

1.8" Waist

.5" Hips

.5" Upper Arms

though I actually went up .5" on my mid-thigh, hopefully from muscle, as I do bike and do legwork.  I'm really proud of these lost bits of inches, especially since my weight has hardly dropped almost a pound.  Sometimes it can be hard to tell. 

Well, it can, unless you're looking at your body for signs and unless it's giving them to you too.  My arms are a bit leaner, not as jiggly much at all.  My whole abdomen seems to have shrunken some, and my back is leaner, which I can feel.  My legs are leaning out some too, probably because I bike, maybe because of the weight training and yoga too.
