As you can possibly imagine from the title I'm having a hard time with carbs and sweets. They have always been my downside, but it seems as though lately I need to have carbs to feel full and I crave sweets after every meal. I am really trying to limit myself, but my self control can be at zero sometimes.

This is definitely something I have to work on. So I'm going to go google my life away to get some useful tips. If you know of any, please feel free to share. Thanks.
