I grew up in a family that has big women, and as a child I remember my mom going from one diet to another with no real success.  So seeing my own weightloss struggles now is no surprise to me it seems to be genetics. But I think rhe one thing im learned from that is diet alone doesn't work and exercise alone doesn't work you need to do both in moderation. . So that os my plan. I don't plan to really diet as to try to find healthier alternatives to foods I already enjoy and learn to eat them on moderation. The same goes for exercising, I can't see myself working out for hour's everyday for the rest of my life and I want to be successful in what I do. So for me the key is not a special diet or tons of exercise it is doing both in moderation and being happy with who I am at the end. And if I can teach my daughters that it doesn't have to be a never ending battle then I will have taught them a really valuable lesson.
