groceries - 1/2 my battle

Do you plan to eat the veggies raw or to cook them? It's great to have raw veggies to grab instantly, some veggies you can cook quickly and some veggies you can cook that last the week. I've been making a veggie stew (butternut squash, zucchini and chickpeas) for a good part of the winter and make enough to last the week.

Can you send me the recipe it sounds yummy. Well I'd say the other 1/2 of my battle is being a mom and having a family to cook for - so I try to incorporate the veggies into their meals as well as mine. I love frozen veggies for my lunches.
