I play games with my scale.  I always have when I am in "trying to lose weight" mode.  When I did Weight Watchers, I was very rigid about how and when I'd weigh myself to check my progress before my official weigh-ins at the meetings.  Wear the same thing (or nothing).  ALWAYS go pee first.  Always position the scale the same way on the bathroom floor - I don't know about your scale, but floor position makes a difference in my house.  If I move it over a couple inches, my weight is different.  Sometimes I can get on the scale, see the weight and get off then immediately get back on and the weight will  be different 1-3 pounds.  Very odd.  I stand the same way.  It's the same game we all play, I am sure.  I've been playing this weight game for years and years and years.  I know the best way to weigh, the best time to weigh, and all that.

So, this morning, there was a 1.4 pound weight loss.  233.6 is what the scale told me today.  I'll take it.  I try not to get on the scale every day.  It gets frustrating if I do -because weight fluctuates so much.  Yeah, I know.  :D  A cup of water in the morning with my vitamins and stuff does make a difference in my weight.

So, that's where I stand at the moment.  (Blog posts make me feel accountable - you don't have to read them.)
