My junk food day is ending.  My son's birthday is winding down.  I gave a lot of cake to my neighbor and only ate one small piece.  It was good cake, but I didn't feel the NEED to have it and a lot of it.  This is a good thing - even if I am not down this week.  I can buckle down now that the birthday weekend is over.  My son (he just turned six) is a happy little guy right now.  I am trying to counteract the junk food (I did eat a lot of veggies too) with extra water and maybe choking down a little green tea.  (I don't like green tea.)
