4 percent the first month was easy.  4% the 2nd month was really hard.  Now I'm having to eat extremely low and drink lots of water and take fiber pills and pray for pottying at the right time of the day....mmmm....  not gonna keep doing that.  I'm gussing that going forward I'm going to have to do only transformer games.  But seriously, there should be an intermediate game.  4% in a month is too much over the long haul.  But 10% in 6 months is weak.  Even 2% per month would be around 12% in 6 months....not accounting for the downward change, but ...oh well.  I'm no mathematician.  Maybe 10% is quite fine.

I'm going to keep working on the intermittent fasting.  Even though there is very little information about it online, I think there must be something to it.  My husband has ran out the door with an apple for pretty much all the years I've known him.  He works 10-12 hours and drives an hour each way to and from work.  He may or may not eat lunch.  But he usually works through lunch, grabs something for a snack around dinner and then eats whole hog when he comes home.  He's never had an issue with being fat.  The one time he started to go over 200 pounds at 6 foot tall, he just stopped going out to so many lunches again.

Anyway, if nothing else I'll learn to drink plain water.  I've always added juice and koolaide to my water and then watered that whole mixture down and use stevia for sweetner and not much since I like sour.  But I don't drink much at all and people have been telling me for years it's a problem.
