Suzi,Suzi,Suzi the transformer is an intermediate game .. you have to lose 3 % of your weight every month and in the 6 mo you have maintain the entire 10 % .. this in not a easy challenge .. not for me anyway because once you reach plateau then you may lose that 3 %.. and maintain a lost till weigh in can be a little tricky

I know that feeling all to well. Try not to beat yourself up. Today is a new day and 1 not so great day is not going to ruin all your good work you've done so far. You sound like me when it comes to taking care of things, we tend to take care of everything else and everyone but ourselves, we are last on the list. Try to remember taking care of yourself ultimately takes cares if everyone else too. Here's to a better day!

Honest question as I am new to Dietbet- what do you think they should be doing to help you lose weight? I understand the concern with how they calculate your initial contribution versus your winnings, but they also provide an extensive online hosted site, monitor and verify weigh-ins, and facilitate this comments and support from the community. What else do you think could help? Meal plans? Exercise plans? I'm curious.

The FitBit game is fun and I should have lost and won something; but I didn't and it was totally me. I have complete control of me and I have everything I need within myself. Let's do it this Feb.
