Honestly it is a whole new world. It is good to learn new healthy stuff to fill your day with. Things that make you feel good body and mind.

Skinny Muffins:

Grain/ gluten free,  and under 2 net cabs, fiber galore.

(0.6 eggs, 0.6 baking powder 1/2 TSP, my flax is 0 but Marcie's flax had net carbs. So different varieties maybe. Mine is Organic brown flax) so I guess that's 1.2 net carbs for the muffin base...pecans add almost a net carb too.

What you add from there you will have to add carbs. It's pretty simple really. Just great for any diet.

This is ground flax, whole egg, and coconut oil( another miracle in it's own rite)

These are great for breakfast, snack or any time. The English muffin version is 1 carb at most and replaces bread or burger buns.

If you have a sweet craving this cinnamon Muffin with or without fruit is so satisfying.

Flax has a great nutty taste. I usually add pecans too.

Flax is a hormone mop up. So great for balancing Hormones.
