It is so easy to get off track when life happens. Two years ago I lost the same 30lbs I am trying to lose again too. Good news is we can do it!!! And just think of how fantastic we are going to look and feel when we do. Awesome!

Lindsay, I won't kid you ... sure, menopause did a number on my hormonal reaction to food intake. BUT ... the REAL problem is that I KNEW it was going to, but I decided to wait to deal with that until AFTER I'd figured out the new hormone therapy minimal dosing. If I'd been SMART, I would have just kept on tracking and watching my intake, throughout that process! Instead, I rationalized my laziness, telling myself waiting made better sense. I was WRONG. Now, I'm gonna have to pay for it! But, I will. Back on the wagon, right? :)
