I lost 60 pounds with DietBet a few years ago, but then busted a foot (not realizing it) and pain dropped my activity more and more 'til I'd put it all back on. So ... now after foot surgery, gonna do it ONE MORE TIME!!!! (dammit)

It is so easy to get off track when life happens. Two years ago I lost the same 30lbs I am trying to lose again too. Good news is we can do it!!! And just think of how fantastic we are going to look and feel when we do. Awesome!

Lindsay, I won't kid you ... sure, menopause did a number on my hormonal reaction to food intake. BUT ... the REAL problem is that I KNEW it was going to, but I decided to wait to deal with that until AFTER I'd figured out the new hormone therapy minimal dosing. If I'd been SMART, I would have just kept on tracking and watching my intake, throughout that process! Instead, I rationalized my laziness, telling myself waiting made better sense. I was WRONG. Now, I'm gonna have to pay for it! But, I will. Back on the wagon, right? :)
