This was a killer week!!! I lost 4.6lbs absolutely crushing my goal of getting my sixth 10lb ribbon by the end of March!! 62.8lbs lost total!!

Things I did well this week: ate salads for lunch at work every day, went to the gym 5x, tried to limit the bad meals for dinner.

Things I didn't do well: I snacked a lot on Saturday. Still stayed in my points, but snacking is a dangerous habit for me to get in to.

I am getting SO CLOSE to onederland I can almost taste it!! I am now less than 15lbs away! If I keep consistent with my losing over the last six months, I should be able to reach that goal by mid May! However, I am going on vacation next week and I know that could derail me a bit, so I am giving myself until June 1st for that goal!

I would also really like to have lost 100lbs by the time I go on my trip for my birthday (leaving July 15th) but I don't know if that is too much of a stretch. I have been averaging 10lbs per month, so that gives me a little over three months to lose 37.2lbs. I think that I could do this, if I don't let myself get off track too much over vacation and also just in general. I will have to up my game if I want to reach this in time!!
