I am back into the weight loss spirit today! I was very active and ate relatively well. Not only did I have a good day, but the scale is moving down again. I feel better about making my dietbet goal event though I have a lot more to lose. Though today I found my running routine not pleasant, I pushed myself through the whole run. I am slowly getting back my ability to run long distances and that in itself is an achievement. I am excited that I am training for a half marathon and hopefully eventually a marathon while I work to lose weight. Not only will running get easier on my journey, but my body will become lighter and more powerful.

I am starting to fit back into my old clothes, but I am not yet at the point where I feel comfortable wearing my nice clothes out. Once I get closer to my dietbet goal, I am positive my clothes will fit even better and I will be excited to look nice and feel more confident. A lot can happen in 20 days so I am going to keep pushing!

I think that I may not do any more kickstarters after these finish up and just focus on doing multiple long term games so I can focus on building a stronger body and heailthier mindset. 3% body fat being lost is more practical for me per month than 4% especially as I get closer to my goal weight. I can't wait to even see what I look like come September when my first transformer ends!
