Morning weigh-in: 158.6

Goal weight: 155

So I jumped up a pound since yesterday. That's fairly expected. Didn't work out at all yesterday - I had networking events in the morning and the evening, and was knee deep in work the times in between. I did really good with my eating during the day, but once I got to that event, things got trickier. 

I still managed to stay at 1,300 calories for the day - that included a glass of white wine and a beer. I picked a bit at a few appetizers at the event. Got a few pieces of veggies with a tiny bit of guac, a couple pieces of cheese, fruit, and limited myself to one mini spring roll and one meatball. 

After the event I met up with my sister in law at Hofbrauhaus. That's where I had the one beer, and I also had a cup of potato soup. Not terrible decision-making overall, and I stayed within my calorie limit. It was just more processed food than my body has had in weeks, and that soup was heavily salted. I think between that and the alcohol, I'm a little bloatier than usual. My water intake yesterday was also abysmal. And my sleep for the last 2 days has been under 7 hrs/night. I'm used to at least 8. 

Today will be better. Woke up and did my 30 min walk with the husband - even in light rain! It feels great to get outside in the morning. I'm really enjoying that routine. He's coming home early from work today as well, so we'll probably do another workout then. I also might hop on my elliptical in addition to that. 

We've got bananas getting a bit overripe at the moment, so I'm going to make banana pancakes for breakfast - which sounds unhealthy, but in reality it's 2 eggs mixed with a mashed up banana. lol. They're really good. Props to Blogilates for that one. Lunch will be another veggie burger (no bun) with extra veggies. Not 100% sure what I'm doing for dinner. The two meals left on our list are grilled salmon and breakfast for dinner (namely, eggs). It's supposed to rain all day, though, so I'm not sure if we'll want to grill later. And more than 2 eggs in a day seems like a bit much. I may have to hit the store. 

My water intake goal today is 100oz. And I plan on getting to bed really early. Just feeling exhausted, and I'm shooting a wedding tomorrow, so I'll need to be at the top of my game.
