Day 3 of the festival - did pretty darn well. Drank water like it was my job, kept portion size small and veggie-based, and my indulgence was the white bread of the veggie burger and a few sips of cider at the afterparty. And all the running around from theater to theater is keeping me active!

Today's plan - healthy smoothie at home, half of a breakfast sandwich, veggie-based lunch & dinner, strawberries & nuts for snacks, and running around the theater again today. The thing I'm actually most concerned about is the pace at which my mind and body run when I'm in the theater all day - scurring and getting into old habits of solving problems that aren't mine to solve, always looking for something to fix or do, and that leads me to the crafts table, grazing, and putting food in my mouth just because I'm looking for something to keep me occupied. I think it would be wise to find 30 minutes this afternoon to just leave the theater and sit in the sun for a bit. This is highly ambitious, and I can even feel my reptilian go-go-go brain revolt against the idea. We shall see if I can steward myself through small moments of mindfulness, and more importantly, bodyfulness, through the day.l
