I pondered that, but I have really been washing out in my workouts. I decided to try it. You get a link to a questionnaire and some hard sell to buy a meal plan for $300. I just did the questionnaire and waited almost 1 week before the analysis came back. The analysis did not feel canned. It was very specific and explained why I need the Macros broke out that way. I am down another 0.5 today but more importantly, I have the energy to complete my workouts.
