I think if I could really master these concepts you've outlined then I could reach my goal and maintain it for life. The idea that one unhealthy splurge or night out will ruin your whole diet IS as ridiculous as thinking eating one healthy meal change everything. Not letting these wrong ideas mess with my mindset or that I am 'off my diet' or off track could be the key. I agree too with your last sentence so much. Such a good post. I will try to keep this in mind.
