Hello dear friends! I’m starting over…again. In fact, I’m starting at a higher weight than when I first began Diet Bet. It is what it is. So, I’ve joined a Transformer that starts tomorrow (6/1/16) and I’m really excited. It is the one with the six different hosts – I guess a different one takes each month. So, I’m letting you all, my peeps, know that I’m going to ask for support.

The things I’m already planning for the first month:

  1. Writing in my journal daily, picking an angel card and writing about it, weighing weekly
  2. Nutrition focus – high protein, good carbs, gluten free, sugar free
  3. Daily activity - 8,000 steps per day minimum to increase as I feel capable
  4. Cardio Exercise 4 days per week – walking, elliptical, stationary bike
  5. Strength – 3 days per week – begin Planks, Squats, Lunges, Crunches, Upper Body work

I think that about covers it. For any of you out there doing a DB and would like to re-energize the chat about it, let’s do it!!!
