My journey with dieting, losing weight and following work out regimens are like Dory. I lose interest so quickly. There is always something that seems better, more fun and interesting. When I start I become easily distracted almost forgetting my initial goals. The desire to change so frequently, I believe is the only thing thats more or less kept me on track the last 3 years.

I started diet bet trying out the colored portion control containers. I like them. I'm a mom of 2, full time nurse manager, wife and daughter. I work out 5 to 6 days a week most days up at 4am to get my workouts in. Planning meals this way just isn't realistic or sustainable for me.

The keto diet showed up in my feed quite a bit on social media and I decided to give it another go. My goal was not so much weight loss as getting my bloat under control. Keto definitely forces me to still plan and be disciplined. It helps me not eat so late, it also helped me during my monthly not freel like I was 7months pregnant. I've started to track my intake again, just to make sure I eat enough. The downside to eating better is my workouts don't have as much.....".oomph". I tire easily, especially on days that I add running. It's also hard some days to do the many planks and lunges in Kelly's challenge but I modify and do them nonetheless. ( I love her workout schedule, btw)

The next few days I'm hoping to remain consistent and drop the last 2 lbs. My schedule will be off ( working nights instead of days)  I'm hopeful I will drop the weight, and my plan is to drink as much water as I can, walk as much as I can and be active. Looking foward to a great 4th of July with great food. I look forward to the next diet bet to keep me accountable and consistent.
