I had a great 3 day weekend with my family.  My son who is a way at college and I haven't seen since 4th of July weekend came home.  However, I cooked many of his favorites and ate them too.  I went over on calorie count every day for the past four days, now I have to get back to my carb cycling to get back to were I was before this weekend and stick with it.  Maybe I can call this my 4-day sling shot week.  I don't think I my scale could handle a full week like the past 4 days.  Best of luck to all on sticking to your eating/exercise plans.  If you fall off, get back on it and move forward.
