As I am praying my body doesn’t pull a joke on me overnight before the final weigh in, I am reflecting on my first 4 week DB challenge.  This has been one of the best 4 weeks of dieting in my life, but I should rephrase it as “it has been a great start to the beginning of my journey in finding my new way of living”.  I know I am a work in process as I still have another 10 – 15 percent of weight I’d like to lose, more fat to lose, muscle/strength to gain and much transformation to make in my life.  However, I’m taking it slow and learning each week what I’m doing correctly and what I need to change or focus on doing better in the future.  The support here has been wonderful – I don’t have an individual at home or work who understands or supports me better than this group.  Thank you!
