i feel your pain. I have the worst time on weekends. We work hard so we play hard at our house. And we totally enjoy every second of our weekend. I have to learn to make better food choices from Friday night thru Sunday!! You can do this..get back on that horse!

Thank you Susie. I'm altering heat and ice, taken OTC pain meds and taking it easy today. I really had hoped to get on the treadmill to walk/jog, but that will have to wait. Yes, I'm extremely happy my hubby was willing to weigh in with me Friday and vow to lose 10% too. It helps to have that support at home (he is not doing a DB, but that's okay).

Weight fluctuates up and down anywhere from 2-4 lbs throughout the day don't let the scale control you and put you in a funk. Plus, no matter how consistent the scale is, just standing slightly differently on the scale can change the weight as I've seen the same .2 - .4 lb difference just positioning my feet slightly weighing myself several times within a minute.

The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom.

Sitting also makes everything spread out. I just bought a $50 standing desk at Ikea, with the idea that I would get a gel mat for the floor and do more of my computer work standing up. Unfortunately, the desk looks a little like it should be in a doctor's office. But, a lot cheaper than others I've seen... Good luck!
