Here is my new vow: every day I will take at least one action that moves me in the direction of my goal to be healthy, lean, fit, strong, and active!  What actions count?

  • exercising -- hiking, riding my bike, working out at the gym, or a longish dog walk
  • prepping healthy, light meals to enjoy over the week
  • dining on healthy food that's within my calorie limit for my goal weight

At the end of the day, if I ask myself what I did to achieve my goal, I want there to be a positive answer.  Ideally I will have a list of things I did that I can be proud of and that make me feel good about myself and my health.

I won't magically become a lean, strong athlete if I don't do the work, so good-bye procrastination, and hello one action each day!
