It's only 10:42am and I'm so hungry I could scream!  It's not like I didn't have a good breakfast--I did!  It was 3 eggwhites, 1 oz of feta, a tortilla, and a tablespoon of ketchup.  All for under 300 calories.

I'm really sick of being tired all of the time, and I need to get my weight back down to what it was 6 years ago when I got married.  My husband is so sweet, he never says anything about it, but I KNOW it bothers him.

Please I just need to get through today!  Help me please stick to this so that I can see the numbers start to go down AND I need to be able to fit into my clothes!  I cannot buy any more higher sizes!  It's just too much!
