In 2007, when my youngest was 6, and I had noticed myself in the mirror one day and thought, "what am I doing?" "why have I let myself go like this?" All I wanted to do is cry

I did about the same thing a few weeks ago when school started up again and I had to get bigger clothes, my current clothes were all snug and I hated it. We started a dietbet at school and that was the push I needed.

Yeah we just have to find what works for us. I'm using myfitnesspal to track my calories amd fitbit to track exercise.

Thank you Anna, I appreciate that. It's just so depressing that all my hard work is gone. But I lost it once and I know I can do it again. That's why I'm here ????
