As I'm sitting here this morning, thinking about the past 2 months, I try to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have finished 2 dietbet games, working on my 3rd, and I've lost only 5 lbs???? I know I have done much better than this before. On my 2nd dietbet game, I thought I had it but then the last week, went to crap again and gained.

     It gets so frustrating when you work so hard on losing weight. You set goals, work toward those goals and when the time comes, you don't meet those goals. Even though you feel you've done so good, then nothing. That's what gets frustrating. I know not every day is going to be perfect but damn, give me a break here!!! 

     Living with 4 other people who can eat whatever they want and not have to worry about those calories going to their hips, butt, etc makes even more difficult. Having 3 kids as well, gotta have treats in the house for them, you know, but also now we have the holidays to do deal with. Halloween is gone now so just gotta get through the next 2 holidays which are bigger than Halloween. So far, on my 3rd dietbet game, I have lost 1.6 during the first week so that is a start. Now just praying I keep it up. Today we are leaving to go camping for the weekend so will have a couple days off cuz s'mores is a must at the campfire :) and it is hard to stay on track when camping. But when we get back, I am hitting it hard for my 2nd week to lose another lb or more!! 

     And remember, set goals and pay attention every day on where you're at with those goals. If you don't, then it is very easy to get off track and start gaining. Track all the food you eat, also track your activity. Join a weightloss group. Keeps you accountable every day. Have a great weekend!!!!
