Because I've started a transformer game---Oct 11 to April 10---I have decided I want to embrace the whole transformation idea. 

Week one I'm developing my 6 month plan and I'm intrigued to see where it goes.

Currently:

My fitness is a mess!  I can't even plank for a minute, I do walk a lot (>80,000 steps last week, thanks to StepBet) and have been on Weight Watchers 5.5 weeks, which has help me lose ~16lbs, and I see several areas of my whole health that need improvement.  

So my moto is going to be, It's Monday, Let's Start Something!

Ø  This Monday I'm starting some basic in-my-bedroom exercises. 20 each for 6 days.

Ø  The next week I'll do 2 sets,

Ø  Then three sets, and

Ø  Finally I will keep this up for the first month of this challenge.  

The first Monday of round 2 Nov 14th I'm changing it up. Not sure yet, but I think I may venture into the fitness room where I live.

I'm calling my bedroom basic routine SCLP for Squat, Crunch, Lunge, Plank  

So today I start SCLP!

 Goal: 

I really don't know....

I want to lose weight, feel better, have energy, strengthen my knees, not hate my arms, find a balance, not give up, live life-not spend every minute thinking about what I'm going to eat/do to lose weight, and transform!

I encourage all my fellow players to use this new beginning of a new game, new week, or new season to overhaul and transform…little or BIG, the sky and your desires set the limits.
