Great job! Sounds like you were having some butt-kicking panic attacks. Your food intake sounds pretty darn good. Have you tried quinoa? Its a great whole grain that packs a good protein punch too. And just make sure your fish/seafood is always wild caught - never buy farmed fish - its full of antibiotics, hormones, etc. Think lots of living things in very close quarters. I switched to honey, maple syrup, or agave for any type of sweetener. I eat buffalo in place of beef maybe 2 times a year. I fat-trim all meats that I do eat, which is sparingly. Keep up the good work!
