That's so important to recognize that you HAVE to change the way you live to be healthy and in shape. Back in 2007 I started to make the swaps to organic foods. Now I will incorporate as many as I can find. I also started to do organic large container gardening (right down to the dirt mix) 3 years ago. Nothing fancy but love going out to pick and eat what I've grown with my own two hands and God's grace. The less chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, etc you consume the better you will start to feel. Your hair, skin, eyes, gums, everything will start to improve.
