Good luck! I will tell you that when my endocrinologist handed me a list of foods to "never eat again," I completely rebelled. I settled into finding healthy substitutes for the foods I loved 80% of the time, and making certain I had calories available to splurge on small portions of my absolute favorite treats the other 20%. That method works best for me. Hope you find what works best for you!
