Its true what they say, " Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels". I have experienced this for fleeting moments. Thats over now. This time its for keeps. Im the boss of me, not food! Have fun on your journey girl. Its gonna be an awesome one!

Thanks Tracye! I have felt that also but till now I have allowed myself to forget that when life throws me curveball. This time I will be stronger and be able to throw it back and have control at least one thing - how I treat myself.Have a rewarding journey this year you too and crush whatever goals you may have! We have the power (probably just forget that occasionally) ????
