If this can help I do drink a lot of herb tea in winter. It is like flavored water but hot and it make it easier to drink ! Keep up the good work !

you're not alone. Temptations usually win me over as well. I think if we could find a food, snack, or shake that would fill us up we may do better. I have an office job and find myself so often craving foods. Its like i'm at a movie theater with popcorn, instead its my computer, work and anything I can get my hands on from 8-5 ugh!!! Yes mam, I do... (simmonstracye) I also work at a computer all day so every 30 minutes Im leaving my computer and taking a little walk, anything to get up and away from sitting for all of that time.
