So I was appalled at my weight after having a carb, alcohol and sugar filled December - especially after having such a succesful fall and losing just a titch over 20 lbs.  To be honest I felt physically ill all December and I think that was due to the change in diet back to old patterns that brought me hitting the highest weight ever last January. 

 

At January 2 I went back to no carbs (other than low glycemic veggies), no sugar (that I can be sure of but you never know if traces are present) and so far no wine.  The 7 pounds I gained have dropped of in a matter of days, literally - weighed in on Sunday and down 7 by Thursday.  No desperate dieting, no deprivation.  It's a miracle!

 

The question now is how far can I go I am now back at what was a low point in like 15 years.  Looking forward to seeing and not really worried I will overlose because I am not doing anything drastic or unhealthy-and I am going to Vegas and on a cruise in the next 2 months  so ya, no danger of overlosing :)
