It definitely happens to us all, Bonnie! Don't let yourself feel defeated at all. Use the disappointment as motivation to push yourself towards the goal. Transformers are tough, no denying that! But the weight is much more likely to stay off with slower, steadier weight loss.You can do this! Can't wait to read your blog post when you DO make it! :-)

I too just hit overweight from obese! The standards are crazy if you ask me.. my goal weight is even still in the overweight category! I was once about 14 pounds over healthy weight and looked too thin... so you can't tell me those charts are accurate... and there is NO WAY I could maintain and stay healthy in the "healthy" weight... NO WAY!!!

to lose you need to build on your weight lose tools I'd keep the fit bit on.... just don't focus on it unless it starts telling you you are NOT making your 10,000 goal then you may need to start watching it again!
