Your blog post is awesome! Thanks for an inspiring Whole30 update. I too am having a wonderful month, this is R4D18! I went to the Dr. today and stood backwards on the scale! The nurse thought I was crazy :-) Here's to another 12 days to Whole30 fabulousness!!!
