I have lost weight on a high protein, low carb diet. This seems to work for me. I see results, when I stop eating sugar and dairy products. For the record, my doctor has approved this diet for me.

Week 1 was a complete disaster for me. I was doing really good, until I went to a going away party. I ate Pizza and drank soda. Oh man, I regret that with all my heart. A couple of hours later my stomach started hurting and to the bathroom; I went. This continued for about 2 days. I will never go back to eating/ drinking sugar like that ever again. My week went to hell after that. I bought chocolate and ice cream, the new lifestyle change ended. Last night, I went a little crazy on my last sugar hurrah. I vow to stay on my no sugar lifestyle. I precooked my meat for this week. As long as I keep on schedule. I can’t fail.

Plan for week 2: high protein, low carbs. 1 gallon of water a day. Exercise 6 times a week.

Week 1 weight: 308.6 lbs
