
Hello, my final weigh in for 1 of my games is around the corner. I am currently between 297lbs and 298lbs. Goal weight is 296.3 for feb 17-18. I probably would have lost more weight if I wasn't eating so much Greek food and soda. I officially eliminated soda from my diet starting Monday. I don't want soda in my house. I'm such an addict.
I really wanted to start this right, but I can't seem to exercise. I go to work full time, then go to class, by the time I get home, homework is to be done. I don't know how to balance it out. I'm taking over 8 classes and I work full time. On the weekends, I find myself tired and thinking about more homework. I feel like it just never ends.I so far (knock on wood) have all A's in my class. This is a huge motivation for me.
I am very proud of the weight I lost. 10lbs is a lot =). I came a long way from 317.4 lbs. I need to stick on the right track and get down to 170 for my surgery. I know I must add exericise. This will be my goal for the week.
